The Oneness

Balance and Harmony

The Universe seeks harmony through a system of balances.

The systems have opposites, opposing extremes, but the mid-point is always balanced.

Opposites are identical in nature but different in frequency. For example, hot and cold have the same nature, temperature, but different frequencies.

Peace

The balance point, equilibrium, is peace. This is where we see the true nature of things.

At any other point, we will be influenced by the illusion that one end of the spectrum is better, so we will not see things as they are. This is the world of duality, of opposites.

As we ascend the path, we notice the duality more and become less swayed by it.

Gain or Loss

As our consciousness increases, we may ask, ‘What if a loss on the physical level was a gain on the spiritual level?’

Is the question of gain or loss not about winning or losing at all, but about seeing the real nature of things and transcending duality into Oneness?

“Focus on the midway point in your consciousness, affirming that what you are seeing is not duality at all but the fundamental transcendent Oneness of things.”

The secret is to be aware of our thoughts and not get caught up in the content. For example, be aware that we are having a judgmental thought, rather than getting caught up in the story of why X was wrong to do Y instead of Z.

As Above, So Below

The Universe seeks homeostasis, which operates at all scales: cosmic, planetary and our bodies.

The Universe uses Systems Theory as shown below.

As above, so below,

As within, so without,

As the universe, so the soul.
